DIGITAL CORE REIT’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026
15 April 2026, 9.30 a.m.
Digital Core REIT’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be convened and held in a wholly physical format at Level 4, Singapore Land Tower, 50 Raffles Place, Singapore 048623 on Wednesday, 15 April 2026 at 9.30 a.m. (Singapore time). There will be no option to participate virtually.
Unitholders, including SRS investors, and (where applicable) their duly appointed prox(ies) will be able to attend the AGM in person. They will need to register personally at the registration counter(s) outside the AGM venue on the day of the event. Registration will commence at 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday, 15 April 2026.
Unitholders will be able to:
- submit questions in advance; and
- vote at the AGM themselves or through their duly appointed proxy(ies). As an alternative, Unitholders may also vote by appointing the Chairman of the AGM as their proxy to vote on Unitholder’s behalf.
